Here it is, the new, free album from Donny Goines called The Breakfast Club to start off this Tuesday of releases. I haven’t had the chance to listen to the whole album yet but I am on my way through it and was fortunate enough to be in the studio when Ariel was mixing the song with the band Patent Pending and that chorus was stuck in my head for a while afterwards. On top of the Patent Pending feature, Donny really has something for everyone with features from Skyzoo, Mistah F.A.B., Tanya Morgan (their feature in “Grateful” with Jeremy Carr is above), Amanda Diva, Outasight, A. Pinks, Emilio Rojas and even more artists that I can’t all fit here. That is just the artists too, Donny gets the Apple Juice Kid, Cookin Soul, 6th Sense, Buckwild, Dame Grease and more on the production side too and really demonstrates his versatility by rhyming over the different styles of beats.
