Prozac Effect On Teens, Well I told you it would be soon but I didn't think it would be this soon. Lupe hits us with the first single off of his upcoming album We Are Lasers right after he dropped the unreleased track "Fire" and it features the familiar voice of Matthew Santos, 100mg Prozac Effect On Teens. 10mg Prozac Effect On Teens, The song has a very unique beat that Lupe spits his creative verses and punchlines on top of and it is easy to get lost in all of it. This is not a knock on the song, Prozac Effect On Teens australia, Prozac Effect On Teens canada, just a roundabout way to say that it is has a great overall sound. Still no idea on the release date but I'm hoping this single is a sign that it is coming soon.

Lupe makes good points in his rants. As a huuuuuuge Lupe fan, I always questioned why he wouldn’t release mixtapes in between albums, and I’m glad that was adressed.
It’s nice to see a rant that makes sense and gets it’s message across, unlike those rants that just get lost in their own pissy anger (*cough* KANYE *cough*).

I don’t know I kind of think Lupe’s excuses are weak.

Let me start by saying yes, I know everything he is doing is well within his rights so in no way am I discussing that. But just because he can do certain things doesn’t mean he should or that I have to agree with him.

Lupe’s buzz started mainly with those mixtapes he released before his debut album (at least 3 of them) so I am having trouble understanding the no mixtapes thing. On top of that, he plans on only releasing 3 studio albums of music and that is all we get? As fans I think we deserve more, but clearly Lupe doesn’t which is fine, but I disagree. At least throw us a few tracks in between albums, give your true fans something for being true fans so we don’t HAVE to jump all over your leaked singles and unreleased material as if it is the second coming of Jesus.

Also, what happened to his first album sucks, and really it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. So I understand his hesitation with “downloads” but that is the way the industry is evolving and refusing to adapt just makes him look like a grumpy old man. How would he like it if only people who were gonna buy the physical album only bought this album? Yeah, I didn’t think so, so that argument isn’t legit to me.

Also when he talks of “throwing records out just to throw records out” are you serious? Dude you release NOTHING in between albums. One or two unreleased leaks messes up nothing of the “mood” and after every leak it has really only enhanced his image. So stating that we are ruining his master plan is a bit over dramatic.

Lastly, I don’t agree with what FSD is doing in principle by releasing those unreelased songs but if Lupe doesn’t care then whatever. Also I think it proves how little he knows about how the game has evolved. He thinks Andrew at FSD needs to worry about Atlantic or Arista coming after him for free leaks and for samples? I REALLY don’t think that will happen and proves he doesn’t understand the online game nearly as well as I thought he did.

Oh and one more thing (even though I said I was done) he needs to shore up the leaks from his camp himself. All this my email got hacked crap is garbage, is it even possible to hack a particular email chain instead of the whole account? My man has a snitch in his camp and is getting pissed at his fans for wanting more music from us when we get nothin in between his only 3 studio albums. Take a look at you and your camp before you are so quick to point fingers.

So really I don’t get it, I enjoy reading a well thought out response from a rapper with little ego in it and honestly would love to have a discussion with him about it. But these are my thoughts on it so debate away.

I wanted to start off by saying Lupe is one of my favorite artists and lyrically he might be my favorite of all time, so I am not hating on him just in case some of you want to jump off that deep end.

(I just noticed now that you commented on this too lol)

I’m seeing what you’re saying now, you’re absolutely right about how lupe needs to get used to the fact that leaks are a natural unavoidable part of the industry nowadays. It also speaks to how weak his “I’m no longer in the mood” argument is, which you mentioned too.

But regardless, I bought the track the moment it came out on itunes (like midnight of that day lol) and, like always, lupe doesn’t disappoint. It’s a nice first single too, it re-introduces himself to the world and it stays true to the theme he’s trying to portray with Lasers.

is it true that there’s another name change of the album?

Corey said:

It originally was going to be called We Are Lasers but now is just Lasers but that is all I know. I don’t know about any other name change besides those two.
