“City Life” represents why I roll with Oddisee, the dude just doesn’t make bad beats or songs. It also highlights his ability to make some soulful beats that are some of the most quality ones out right now.  He rarely takes cues from the synthesized garbage on your Z100 stations and his beats exude life and soul behind them while he paints an audible landscape for you.
