After a long and insanely busy hiatus, I’m back doing something I love: showcasing good music!

Kil Ripkin is a member of The Coalescence alongside Torae, who some of you might have heard of before. Off his upcoming album, The Statement, “Aftermath Pt. 1″ is a hook-free blackout. Kil’s got a real feel for multi’s which really helps keep his flow sounding natural and fluent. The beat is big and could over-power a good number of rappers, but he manages to keep it totally under his control for the entire blackout. Though this is only one track, Kil has already landed on my radar and I hope he can keep coming out with fire like this. Download link after the jump.
