Rick Ross just loves staying in the headlines these days and it has been reported out of Houston that one of Rick Ross’ entourage attacked DJ Vlad during a interview on the side at an Ozone Awards event. The attack happened after Vlad asked Rick about the current rumors going around about Rick being a prison guard. This happened on camera and was reportedly witnessed by a lot of people. I’m sure more about this will come out and hopefully the tape survived although it has allegedly been destroyed. Rick Ross needs to find a new way to divert and deal with this question because attacking people isn’t going to cut it. Anyways the awards are scheduled for tonight and if they stay true to their previous years there should be a ton of rumors tomorrow.

So I laid off this for a few days but I got to post on this. After thesmokinggun.com aired him out about his prison guard past, he has yet to own up to it. They have all the physical documentation backing up their claim and it is clearly valid. On top of all his cred issues his namesake, convicted dealer Freeway Ricky Ross, claims Rick Ross uses his name solely to increase his street cred! HA! Now personally I think he should just air it out and give them the whole, “I was young and needed money etc.” but the constant denying kills me! Just own up to it Rick, I’m sure 90% of these rappers don’t do any of the shit they talk about.

Oh and on the “beefs I couldn’t give a shit about” front I guess he squashed his beefs with Plies and Trick Daddy. I guess it’s good to see Florida coming together.

I’m sure you all heard this earlier but I just wanted to address the issue on here. thesmokinggun.com reported last week that Rick Ross is a former Florida corrections officer. I guess he didn’t know Noreaga, the real Noreaga haha. Now he says this has all been photoshopped from a high school pic of his, but I’m not so sure. The article revealed a document that has Rick Ross’ birth name on it, salary, etc. and there is the alleged photoshopped photo. If this is true this could cripple his career. Start doing some PR work DefJam. Decide for yourselves…..
