New songs from The-Dream’s album Love vs. Money dropping Tuesday. “Mr. Yeah”, posted above, is more of a radio type of track, talking about his swagger with lines like “cupid ain’t got shit on me” haha. “Put It Down” is more of a smooth serenading song directed more towards the lady bombers out there. I don’t know if it is brainwashing from over exposure or just me giving up but I have been listening more to the AutoTuned up singers and rappers recently and liking it a lot more than I used to, I think Ryan Leslie’s “Gibberish” changed my attitude on it all lol. Click the break below to hear “Put It Down”.
A new track was released yesterday from The-Dream album Love vs. Money which drops March 10th and I am really feeling it. Admittedly, I am not the biggest fan of him he since is usually too pop oriented for me, but this song will be a banger in the clubs and on top 40 radio. Kanye West raps in his feature and really brings the song to another level and I couldn’t help but picture people in the club/bar/car/whatever breaking it down to his verse. I also have heard rumors that Kanye and The-Dream are talking about dropping an album together and I would be very interested to hear it should it actually happen.
Holy moly I like putting up girls pictures way more than I like putting up dudes pictures haha. I was just going through my normal daily routine until I typed Rihanna into Google images, normally when I type an artist in there I don’t have to stop and stare for the next 10 minutes but this time was different. Switching it up a little with this track, but I can dig the pop radio just like anyone else. Here is her new song featuring Mr. I have less talent than T-Pain The Dream although I don’t really hear him in there until the very end. I actually thought this would have a faster club beat but I am sure this slower simpler beat will see many remixes.
Busta and Fabolous throw some verses on the remix for “Rockin’ That Shit” by The Dream. I can get down with the pop style rap and club remixes, this remix isn’t great but could definitely get some spins in the right rotation at a club. I think Busta has an OK verse on this track and admittedly I have never really been of Fabolous so his verse didn’t impress me too much. I have a feeling the ladies will like this one more than the guys.
