“Welcome to the World” is easily one of the most anticipated songs off of TI’s upcoming album No Mercy, along with the Eminem joint, and it sees him taken in a direction that we haven’t seen much from him on past albums. No ID builds the beat off of simple piano chords with a a banging synth loop added on top to give it some bang. Cudi adds some singing on the chorus and a stuttering style to his verse that Kanye also adapts for some of his verse and they all deliver to make one of the better collaborations of the year (barring all the Kanye shit because that is unfair). No Mercy will be available in stores and online December 7th if you want to help him replace some of his lawyer fees. Download: T.I. ft. Kanye West & Kid Cudi – “Welcome to the World” (Prod. No ID)
Time to post two artists who have collabed before by letting loose this Eminem feature on the new TI album. We also posted some new Dre today so we might as well keep it in the Aftermath family and give you some Eminem too. This song is interesting, it sounds like TI is trying to flow similar to Em and both of them kill their verses. I can almost guarantee this isn’t the finished version of the song by listening to the mix but that is how it goes these days with leaks before an album drops. “All She Wrote” is off of Clifford’s upcoming album that will be released while he is back in the clink called No Mercy. Shouts to Fader for the download link. Download: T.I. ft. Eminem – “All She Wrote”
Chris Brown gets quite the line-up for the remix to his first big hit in a while that didn’t involve Rihanna (I can die in peace now that I’ve successfully used that pun). Most people were anticipating this solely because of the 3 Stacks verse, though the remainder of the guests do draw some attention as well. To be fair, Andre does not stand out on this remix, but that’s not to say he did not have some great lines. This is truly a remix for the ladies, as all of these rappers (with the possible exception of Tyga) are well-versed in the ways of womanizer rap. The downloadable version is clean, but the explicit should drop shortly. Download: Chris Brown – “Deuces” (Remix)

Although I shouldn’t be needing to make excuses for what I deem to be good music, I’ll say it again: the fact that these are Rick Ross tracks means nothing. Not everything has to be super deep and intraspective, and sometimes you just want some music to chill to. The featured artists on “Maybach Music III” are T.I., Jadakiss & Erykah Badu, while the features on “Aston Martin Music” are Drake & Chrisette Michelle (clearly if I wrote that in the header it would make for one long ass header). Without a doubt the highlight of these two tracks are the beats by Just Undeniably Some of The Illest Composers Ever, especially on “MM3″. The orchestral arrangement evokes the imagery of high-class lavish living ridiculously well, which more than makes up for Jadakiss’ headache-inducing whine. Apparently, the final version of “Aston Martin Music” will have more Drake, in case you’re curious. Download: Rick Ross – “Maybach Music III” ; “Aston Martin Music”
TI releases his first tape or recording of any kind since his release from prison and I know several people who have been anticipating it. I am not a huge TI fan myself (although King was my shit) but I certainly am interested in seeing if he has still got it. I know a year away from the game isn’t that long but people tend to focus on these releases as a validation that artist is the “same” as they were before they got locked up. He is coming out firing though with guest appearances by Jamie Foxx, Jeezy, Wayne and a whole slew of name brand producers so something tells me that this should live up to the hype. Grab the download and tracklist below the break. B.o.B released this video to coincide with his Adventures of Bobby Ray debut album which dropped today. This might be overkill to all of you but this is my most anticipated album since Lupe’s The Cool. “Bet I Bust” wasn’t one of my favorites I had heard from the album until I started playing it over and over this past week whenever I needed something to get me going during the day. The song has that club feel and the chorus gets in your head before he even finishes it the first time through. Enjoy the video and celebrate good hip-hop by buying this album. Yeah I know I we have posted a ton of B.o.B but if you are like me you can’t get enough of this album until it drops on Tuesday. This was left off The Adventures of Bobby Ray due to sampling issues (with Coldplay I assume) but is another banger featuring yet another big time artist. The Adventures could be the best release since Cudi’s album and even has a chance to surpass it. I won’t have a verdict until I listen to B.o.B’s album several times straight through but the fact he is even up there has got me excited to hear it. Shout to Ruby Hornet for the link below which also allows you to stream the song.

I actually really like this song but do not like the reason why T.I. recorded it. Yeah, I get it you’re going jail, but really I feel no sympathy for him. Sorry, I don’t think the man was out to get this rapper but more that he was an idiot for building up an arsenal and getting caught. I don’t think anyone will forget him anytime soon during his year (probably far less, infer what you will) sentence, but I will not start missing him in the least bit because honestly a year is shorter than it took for him to drop back to back albums and we have been flooded already with mixtape tracks. I don’t think it is a publicity stunt but I don’t like how they turned it in to one. I just hope his next album isn’t all about this crap but I have a bad feeling it certainly will be. Finally we get the tagless version of this song, I got tired of tags so I decided against throwing that up. This song is clearly in reference to T.I.’s upcoming time in the bing. The song is good but that is what you have to expect from two big names like this teaming up for a collaboration. This song is the first of the extra singles dropping with the re-release of Paper Trail and I can’t say I blame Atlantic for milking that cash cow before he goes away for a while. There have been unfinished versions of a new T.I. track off of the Dr. Dre Detox album but this is not it. I was getting really confused by this track because everyone said it was on this mixtape but the tracklist doesn’t have the song at all. Turns out on the this song has and alternated name which is “Do It To It” which I don’t really understand but whatever. Click the break below for the tracklisting and cover to the mixtape.
